Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 10, 2021, American International Holdings Corp. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”) issued a press release announcing that its LifeGuru online life-coaching platform subsidiary has added numerous, robust new service features along with important upgrades and enhancements. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
