Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 19, 2021, American International Holdings Corp. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”) issued a press release relating to a corporate video published on the Company’s corporate website. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
