Item 8.01: Other Items
The company is pleased to announce its renewed financing terms with Waratah Investments Limited, the significant shareholder of the company, with a signed and agreed letter of intent.
Part of the funds will be used to settle the convertible debenture to the company from PowerUp lending group. The settlement amount as of today stands at USD $92,042.
The additional funds will be used to clear part of the outstanding creditors and investigate the renewals of the license for our Ghana Concessions.
