Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On September 9, 2020, Prospect Flexible Income Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the increase in the Company’s net asset value per share and the declaration of distributions for the months of September 2020, October 2020 and November 2020. The text of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
