On May 18, 2020, an article regarding an interview with Timothy Klein, the Chief Executive Officer of National Beef Paacking Company, LLC, was published on Bloomberg.com. in the interview, Mr. Klein spoke about a variety of beef industry matters, including utilitization of production capacity. A copy of the article in attached as Exhibit 99.1
