Franklin Financial Services Corporation (the “Corporation”) held its annual meeting of shareholders on April 28, 2020. The text of the remarks of Timothy G. Henry, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and G. Warren Elliott, Chairman of the Board of the Corporation, delivered at the meeting, as well as the shareholder presentation, are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
