Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On April 21, 2020, James LeBar resigned, effective immediately, as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”)
of Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp. (the “Company”). At the time of his resignation, Mr. LeBar was a member of the
Board’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. LeBar’s
resignation did not relate to any disagreement with the operations, policies or practices of the Company on any matters.
