On April 21, 2020, the Registrant issued a press release to announce that its Board of Directors had declared a special cash dividend of $0.22 per share on its outstanding common stock, payable on or about May 26, 2020, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 12, 2020. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated in its entirety by reference herein.
