Other Events |
The Company will be relying on the SEC Order dated March 4, 2020 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") granting exemptions from specified provisions of the Exchange Act and certain rules thereunder.
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic the Company requires additional time to raise the funds necessary to complete its 10-Q filing for the nine months ended February 29, 2020.
It is anticipated that the 10-Q filing will be completed on or before May 29, 2020.
