Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 16, 2020, FS Credit Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to its stockholders regarding the views of the Company on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the commercial real estate market and the Company.
A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
