Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) will host a live conference call presentation on April 15, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s previously announced mitigation plans in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Company.
