Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 14, 2020 at 1:00 pm (Pacific Time), the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (Bank) is holding a Member Town Hall Call to hear Stephen Traynor, Acting President of the Bank, discuss how the Bank is responding to the COVID-19 crisis and preparing to meet the emerging needs of Bank members.
