Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 8, 2020, Foundation Building Materials, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the "Release") announcing certain limited preliminary financial information as of and for its first quarter ended March 31, 2020, and confirming that the Company is withdrawing its previously issued full year 2020 guidance. The Release also provides an operational update, as well as information regarding the Company's response to the COVID-19 disruption. A copy of the Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
