On April 8, 2020, First Keystone Corporation, parent company of First Keystone Community Bank, issued a press release announcing that due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the location of First Keystone Corporation’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders has been changed and will be held in a virtual meeting format only. There will be no physical location for the meeting. A copy of this press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
