Item 5.02(c)
On March 30, 2020, Hexion Inc. (the “Company”) announced to its employees that Craig Rogerson, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has taken a temporary medical leave of absence due to a condition consistent with COVID-19.  In connection with Mr. Rogerson’s leave of absence, on March 29, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors determined that Mr. George Knight, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume Mr. Rogerson’s authority and responsibilities until he returns from his leave of absence.

Mr. Knight, age 63, has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2016 and has been continuously employed by the Company or its predecessor companies in various positions since 1997.
