Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 9, 2020, International Money Express, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings and financial results for the fiscal
quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
In connection with the press release, the Company will hold a telephone conference call on March 9, 2020. A copy of the presentation for the conference call will be made
available on the Company’s website for viewing by call participants. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A webcast replay of the conference call will also be made available on the Company’s
website.
