ITEM 7.01         REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On March 3, 2020, I-Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release disclosing the results of the Pre-Feasibility Study (the “PFS”) on its Bovill Project located in Idaho, USA..  The details of the PFS are set forth in the news release dated March 3, 2020 included as Exhibit 99.1.
