Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On February 25, 2020, Tom Minichiello resigned as a director of Sports Field Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Minichello’s resignation is not related to any disagreement with the Company.
