Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 21, 2020, Jonathan Fichman submitted his resignation, to be effective February 24, 2020, as Director of Net Element, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Fichman’s decision to resign was due to further family commitments that are expanding and not over any disagreement with the Company’s board of directors or management. Mr. Fichman has served on the Board of Directors of the Company since March 23, 2018.
