On February 27, 2020, Envision Solar International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a joint press release with Electrify America announcing that Electrify America intends to purchase $2 million in solar-powered electric vehicle (EV) charging stations manufactured by the Company to be installed in rural California. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
