Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 27, 2020, EVO Payments, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release that will be discussed on the Company’s earnings call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
