Item 2.02.   Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 24, 2020, Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The Company will host a stockholder update conference call and presentation on Thursday, February 27, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, during which management will discuss the fourth quarter and year-end results and provide commentary on business performance.
