Other Events

 

On February 19, 2020, Ottawa Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.35 per share on its outstanding stock. Additionally the Company also announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend from $0.06 per share to $0.08 per share. The increased quarterly dividend and the special dividend will be paid on or about March 18, 2020, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 4, 2020.

 

A copy of the Company’s press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
