On February 20, 2020, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. As set forth in the press release, the Company hosted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019 on February 20, 2020 at [8:30] a.m. E.D.T.
