On December 12, 2019, GTY Technology Holdings Inc. (“GTY” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its management will be attending the Annual Needham Growth Conference at the Lotte New York Palace on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Stephen Rohleder, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and John Curran, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will be speaking at 10:40 AM ET at the conference to discuss progress to date and GTY’s strategic plans going forward. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
