(b) Departure of Certain Officers

        

On January 14, 2019, Tom Ninneman tendered his resignation as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective February 1, 2019, to pursue another opportunity. The Company has commenced a search for a permanent replacement. Daryl Adams, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will assume Mr. Ninneman’s responsibilities until a suitable replacement is found.
