Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
Effective December 13, 2018, Wesley Hayne, a Director and former Chief Executive Officer of registrant PetVivo Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“PetVivo”), resigned from his position as Director for reasons identified in his resignation letter filed as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
