Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 6, 2018, the Bank’s Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $50 million, at an annualized rate of 6.44%, or $1.62247206 per share, to be paid in cash on December 19, 2018, based on the capital stock outstanding during the third quarter of 2018. Approximately $4 million of the special dividend will be paid on mandatorily redeemable capital stock, and will therefore be treated by the Bank as interest expense in the fourth quarter 2018.

A copy of the Bank’s member communication regarding the special dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
