Item 8.01 – Announcement of Shareholder Meeting Information
On August 10, 2018, the Registrant also announces that its Board of Trustees has set September 26, 2018 as the date of the 2018 annual meeting of shareholders, and the close of business on August 20, 2018, as the record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the 2018 annual meeting of shareholders. In addition to this announcement, Power REIT will separately send notice and proxy materials to shareholders of record.
