Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
As part of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s (Bank) ongoing efforts to align and streamline Bank operations and appropriately manage our expenses, the Bank has decided to discontinue the current operating structure of its Legislative and Regulatory Affairs’ division and to close the Washington, D.C. office.
In connection with these changes, the position of Senior Vice President, External, Legislative & Regulatory Affairs, held by Lawrence H. Parks, will be eliminated effective September 1, 2018.
