On July 2, 2018, Robert J. Mathias assumed the position of Vice Chairman of Cass Commercial Bank (the “Bank”), the wholly owned banking subsidiary of Cass Information Systems, Inc., upon the appointment of Dwight D. Erdbuegger as Mr. Mathias’ successor as President of the Bank.
