The terms “we,” “our,” “us” and “the Company” refer to Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust V, Inc., a Maryland corporation.
As previously reported, Donna Brandin notified the Company and The Lightstone Group, the Company’s advisor, of her decision to resign from all positions with the Company and The Lightstone Group and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates during the final year of her employment contract in order to pursue other opportunities.
On June 29, 2018, Ms. Brandin resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, its subsidiaries and The Lightstone Group, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries. Ms. Brandin’s departure is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Company.
The Lightstone Group has initiated a search to replace Ms. Brandin.
