On April 16, 2018, Jeffrey H. Culver notified Michael W. Clarke, President and Chief Executive Officer of Access National Corporation and the Chief Executive Officer of Access National Bank, of his resignation from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Access National Bank, effective as of April 16, 2018.
