Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
|
On February 27, 2018, Trinity Capital Corporation (the "Company") received notice from the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City (the "Federal Reserve") that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has authorized the Federal Reserve to terminate the Written Agreement that the Company has been operating under since September 26, 2013. The termination is effective as of February 27, 2018. As a result of the termination of the Written Agreement, the Company is no longer considered to be in "troubled condition" for the purposes of Section 32 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and Part 359 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Rules and Regulations.
