Item 2.02     Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On March 1, 2018,  Leaf Group Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.  The full text of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
