On January 30, 2018, CenterState Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: CSFL) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results and additional information.  A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K. CenterState will host a conference call on  Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 2:00 pm (EST) to discuss its fourth quarter 2017 results.
