Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 16, 2018, Zix Corporation issued a press release to (i) announce its conference call and webcast to discuss the company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2017 on Thursday, February 22, 2018 and (ii) to discuss the potential financial impact related to the recent change in the U.S. tax laws. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
