On December 12, 2017, Limoneira Company (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on its previously communicated financial guidance for fiscal year 2017 and providing initial fiscal year 2018 financial guidance. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On December 12, 2017, the Company issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, discussing: (a) the matters noted above under Item 2.02 of this Current Report, and (b) the potential impact of the recent wildfires and related high winds that occurred in Southern California in December 2017.
