On November 9, 2017, Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting, stockholders considered the election of directors, a non-binding resolution with respect to the Company’s executive compensation, and the ratification of the independent registered public accounting firm.
