Other Events

On October 13, 2017, Los Alamos National Bank (the "Bank"), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Trinity Capital Corporation (the "Company"), published in the Los Alamos Daily Post a letter discussing the Bank's recent reduction in force.  A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
