Item 5.02.     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

Trans World Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) announced that effective September 12, 2017, Scott Hoffman, who served as Chief Merchandising Officer, is no longer with the Company. Mr. Hoffman’s responsibilities will be assumed by existing members of the Company’s senior management.
