Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Agreements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 30, 2017, Clarence Luo Xiao Yun provided Moxian (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of Moxian, Inc. (the “Company”) with notice of his resignation as Vice President of Product, effective as of August 31, 2017. Mr. Luo has served the Company since January 1, 2014.
