On June 20, 2017, Egalet Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has received a Complete Response Letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration with respect to the Company’s prior approval supplement for 10 mg and 15 mg dosage strengths of OXAYDO® (oxycodone HCI, USP) tablets for oral use only—CII, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
