(b)   Departure of Certain Officers

     

On May 25, 2017, Spartan Motors, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that John Forbes, President of Fleet Vehicles and Services, will be retiring effective June 2, 2017. Attached is a press release issued May 25, 2017 announcing Mr. Forbes’ retirement and the appointment of Tom Ninneman as President of the Company’s Fleet Vehicles and Services segment.
