Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 30, 2017, Cardtronics plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of the offering by Cardtronics, Inc. and Cardtronics USA, Inc. (each an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) of $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2025 (the “Notes”). A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
