Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 14, 2017 the Company announced that it had become the exclusive United States distributor for the Nordlys System manufactured in Denmark by Ellipse Global A/S. Nordlys utilizes the latest advancements in cosmetic and medical technology and offers a superior patient, provider and practice experience.
In connection with this event, the Company issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
