Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Unity Bancorp, Inc., parent company of Unity Bank, announced today the resignation of Dr. Austin H. Kutcher, Jr. from the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank for personal reasons. Dr. Kutcher's retirement is effective today, February 15, 2017. Dr. Austin H. Kutcher, Jr. has been a Director of the Bank since 2009 and of the Company since 2014.
"The Board and I would like to thank Dr. Kutcher for his service over the past seven years," said James A. Hughes, President and CEO. "We wish him the best in his future endeavors."
