On February 14, 2017, the First National Corporation (the "Company'') issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of $0.035 per common share, which is payable on March 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 3, 2017. A copy of the press release is being furnished as an exhibit to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
