Item 2.02. Results of Operations.
On January 30, 2017, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Company also announced in the press release that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.20 per share. The cash dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of February 15, 2017 and payable on March 1, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
