On January 18, 2017, Franklin Financial Network, Inc., the parent company of Franklin Synergy Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Bank had reached $3 billion in assets. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
